Marrakech offers a thousand years of culture only three hours from home. Our culture break is based in your Luxury Riad room with en suite shower. Start with private arrival and departure transfers from Marrakech Airport. Enjoy a delicious three course meal on your arrival evening. Breakfast will be served at the time of your choice with North African dishes alongside familiar European classics. Start your first morning with a walking tour by a registered Marrakech guide then a half day tour by horse and carriage, following the ramparts of the walled mediaeval city with stops at palaces and gardens. You will have the loan of a local pay as you go phone for the duration of your stay and complimentary Mint tea at any time as you relax at the riad. The ginger room is located on the first floor of riad spice boasting a host of modern conveniences like air conditioning, free WiFi, smart tv, mini bar and many more. Like all our rooms, the beds are fitted with 300 count fine Egyptian cotton, fluffy bathrobes and towels and we provide complimentary toiletries. Comfortable and practical, this medina room has a full size bathtub with shower.

Juniper Room

The juniper room is a medina room located on the roof terrace of our riad spice. Cosy and practical, this room can comfortably sleep two people with a queen size bed or two single beds. The intricate hand carved Moroccan details on the walls and ceiling contribute to a lovely ambience. Like all our rooms, the beds are fitted with 300 count fine Egyptian cotton, fluffy bathrobes and towels and we provide complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the room features air con, WiFi, smart tv, minibar and a host of other comforts. The bathroom has a full size bath tub. The juniper room can interconnect with Nigella, together they are perfect for a family or a group of up to 5 friends.

Vanilla Room

The vanilla room is a full suite located on the first floor in a private part of the riad known as a douiria. As you enter, there is a small but practical sitting area with a sofa bed which can sleep comfortably two friends or a couple. There is an adjacent en-suite shower room and also a private patio open to the sky with a water fountain and sitting area . The main bedroom is heavily decorated with hand crafted Moroccan plasterwork. the second ensuite shower room is located adjacent to this area. Like all our rooms, the beds are fitted with 300 count fine Egyptian cotton, fluffy bathrobes and towels and we provide complimentary toiletries. Chiquita Room

Our most requested room. Chiquita is the only guest room located on the Riad Star roof terrace, near to the Hammam and Massage room. Josephine’s pet Cheetah, Chiquita, famously joined her on stage at the Casino de Paris. A double or twin room (bed 190 by 160cm) a further single bed can be provided at an extra charge. You will love the fireplace and the intricately decorated arch behind the bed.

Charleston Room

3 night Culture Break £325 per person

The Charleston room transports you back to the roaring twenties. With separate sleeping area and sitting room this elegant mini suite is located on the ground floor patio, near the dipping pool. Double or twin (bed 200 by 150cm) the sofa can be made as a third bed at an extra charge. The elegant decor is evocative of the Jazz age with hand made tasselled lampshades and a vintage statue of a flapper dancing.

Chefchaouen Suite

The Chefchaouen suite captures the essence of the wonderfully atmospheric town of the same name located in northern morocco. Cool, young, fresh and modern you will instantly feel at home! The Chefchaouen suite can be made up as a double (mattress size 160cm by 2 metres), a twin or a triple room. There is an extra charge for the third person. It has an upstairs relaxation and chill out space with flat screen tv. There is a fantastic shower room with ‘his and hers’ showers as well as a fitted wardrobe and all the other comforts we provide as standard in our Marrakech Riad rooms including personal safe, hairdryer, minifridge, satellite tv, air conditioning.
